Al-Nakhiel mall bombing in Palestine Street, and before that the bombing in Al-Karrada, the Arabic local market, and the new Baghdad mall and many other fatal security breaches which stand as a terrorist challenge testing the efficiency and professionalism of the security agencies’ officers and leaders and testing their capability to deal with the war with terrorism file and standing for suicidal and bombs that penetrated the plans, defeated the security precautions, and killed many innocent souls at the evening before the Aid, and you are the ones responsible of protecting them in front of Allah and the Iraqis as you swore on. If you can’t preserves sanctity of blood and the safety of the children, women, and markets, and fail to face the terrorist’s plans and deceiving and filthy methods, then graciously step aside. As it is not understandable that the rotten terrorist mentality would outperform the country’s sources and multi facilities.
The late bombing rose several questions in the Iraqi street like: Where is the Rabiskan device that was acquired recently by the capital? Is it affective or like the earlier one in the supposed qualities? Where is the efficiency and activity of the K9 and other intelligent effort? Why aren’t cameras and blimps installed so that security facilities can monitor bombs tracks and positions? Where are the tires database and Saqr Baghdad’s information system of bombs, owners, and benefits? Why don’t the officers bravely explain to the public the true reasons behind the breakthroughs? Why didn’t they declare the results of the investigation of Al-Karrada bombing on the evening before the Aid past July 3rd? Isn’t doing that shows loyalty to the righteous martyrs and their memory? Where are the tires being booby-trapped? And is there in Baghdad booby-trap labs? Are we in Al-Fallujah or Al-Hawija? These are all legitimate questions that need sufficient answers.
In our opinion, the bombs used in the last incidents were mad in nearby places, so as to avoid being caught if moved for long distances by the many checkpoint, with the possibility of taking side roads to avoid security. Also the vehicle’s parking in a restricted area point that there was a known guide on it to let them in biting that any witnesses of him will die in the bombing site to 300 meter radius. So satellite footage should be traced to follow the bombs itinerary to know the truth of the terrorist activity in the capital.
It’s true that ISIS loses everywhere from every troop. And it lives the crisis and frustration of defeat, thanks to the sacrifice of our heroes in the PMF (People’s Mobilization Forces), the army, and the police. But that brilliant victory drives us to be careful from vengeful and bloody attacks like what happened in Ain Al-Tamur in the west of the holy Karbala, Mtaibijh, and Balad, targeting water wells in Al- Rutbah, the bloody attacks of civilians in Baghdad, and many others. We need to not give the enemy any minute to catch their breath , and we can’t leave any blind spots that they can sneak back from it to kill secured civilians in markets, schools, or streets. We need to reevaluate the failed planes; to point out the weak spots to fix them, and the strengths to reinforce them, to grant the citizen his vital role in the security equation, and to make every one submit to inspection at the checkpoints and not only the ordinary citizen.
Greetings to the soldiers and officers standing in the streets, the yards, and the squares. What we ask for is to be more careful and cautious for what the enemy wants. And for the brave ones in all the troops (PMF, the Islamic Resistance Groups, and the Armed Forces) we say: Hope lies in you, the brave, and we count on you – after Allah – in defending Iraq and its people.
