At the morning of Saturday February 19th 2017 operations started for liberating the Right Coast of Al-Mosul. According to the major difference in the balance of the military forces, the battle was settled in favor of the Iraqi forces. And the satellite footage shows that ISIS has reinforced the military fortifications in the west half of the city, which means that it decided to go through the battle till the end. I believe that it will be with the character of retaliation and revenge and with no military aspects, and that ISIS will try to market it as a war against what it call (the modern crusader, secularization, and regional sectarian) so as to lure more sympathizers and supporters for its extremist idea, and in that lies the danger of its presentation. If the war is going to vanquish its military arsenal, the question now is how will we face its intellectual arsenal and ideological weapon?
