The Iraqi Armed Forces has offensive efficiency, combat capability, field and individual skills, and experience in the built-up areas. But resolving the Right Coast battle depends on the military plan and the importance of placement of the previously mentioned qualities so as to push what is left of ISIS under military and psychological stress resulting escaping the battle field or surrendering, and that requires applying the Sun Tzu principle of leaving room for the enemy to flee out of the city through. But if the Right Coast was trapped from every angle, which will drive the enemy to fight to the end driven by the ideological instinct and the contentment of sure death, and then it will choose to suicide fighting rather than die murdered.
(The aphorism says don’t besiege the cat in a close corner as the tiger will fight you.)
