Liberating the government building and gaining control over it is considered a major turn out that will affect the path of the military operations in west of Al-Mosul, as it moved the battle to the heart of the Right Coast which will help shorten the battle duration and reinforce the efforts and planes aiming to reduce the human and financial loses. I believe that it will drain what is left of the resources with ISIS, which is going through a lost battle and desperate in all standards, and in military psychology the enemy’s flight from an important site in this sudden way demonstrate its felling of depression and the deterioration of the spiritual and psychological state of its individuals. And that is an indicator of the beginning of the fall of its lines. The situation requires the attacking forces to continue the military and psychological pressure on the enemy to defeat it and resolve the battle results outcomes early.
