Any deal between Washington and Ankara on the situation in Syria and Iraq will be at the expense of Iraq because the expected is Ankara’s visible acceptance reluctantly to the role of the American pro-Kurdish forces to protect the battle of Rekka in exchange for Turkey’s hand to order a large-scale military operation in Sinjar against the PKK with Turkish forces remaining in Camp Zilkan and in Amadiyah (kani Massi camp and the Bamerni base) and this is a possibility to settle a part of the differences between the parties .. !!
