The terrorist attack, which targeted a concert in the city of Manchester in northern Britain on Monday evening, May 22, 2017 which resulted in 22 dead and several others wounded, reveals the fragility of the security measures in Britain and the inability to secure the concert and its failure to anticipate terrorist attacks of this kind, knowing that all indications point to the possibility of the terrorist organization attacking for revenge and retaliation in the sense that it would purely target civilian communities and specifically touristic places to nick this vital artery, and I think that the British and Western agencies responsible for security must raise the level of willingness to address potential risks stemming from the return of many terrorists to Europe, with an estimation of more than 250 terrorists, according to the estimates of Western intelligence ..
In conclusion, we can only condemn this terrorist attack and call for more vigilance and caution and attention to terrorizing methods and criminal means
