I have previously attended a meeting with a group of experts, academics and media professionals with Aqeel al-Khazali, previous Minister of the Interior, at the Iraqi Center for Media Development, under an invitation from his director, Dr. Adnan Al-Sarraj, on the Saturday of March the 4th 2017, where the Undersecretary of the Ministry spoke about security theories for the future.. And I have highlighted in my statement that he did not touch the challenges of the security and existing delicate files that concern the lives and interests of the People, and I wished it to him to be discussed, and there still remains the need for a complementary meeting attended by specialists in the security field to diagnose the errors and the prescribe solutions.. The society still questions what will be done in the post-ISIS stage, and this requires intellectual thinking and thorough research with useful results to serve the security of society and the aspirations of the future generations for a better tomorrow..
